3 Amazing Downright Dirty Self Defense Moves

Posted by Guest Author On February - 8 - 2010

Follow the 3 “dirty”, but effective self defense techniques outlined in this writeup, and you’ll be unstoppable by any attacker. Unlike other self-defense techniques, which may require complicated timing, or advanced skills, these techniques can be used by anyone. And because these are “dirty” self defense techniques, they will allow you to defeat larger stronger attackers easily. This is because they all focus on targeting specific crucial spots of the body that can cause tremendous pain even if you barely hit them .

The first technique is the eye flick. Setting you perfectly for stikes following up the eye stike, is the reason I like it . To properly do an eye flick, stike with the tips of your fingers by extending your hand towards the eyes of your attacker. Allow your hand to do the whole process for you, dont attempt anything fancy, such as a “2 finger eye poke” or anything similar. You can run away, or carry on striking afterwards. You’ll want to add this to your tools, as it is one of the most powerful self defense techniques to learn.

Up next is the throat punch. To do the throat strike, make a “C” with your fingers and thumb. Stike with the web of your hand, which is also called web of hand strike . The oponent’s throat is then struck with the “C” that you’ve made with your hand, finally . Leaving an intense feeling of pain right away, this will give you the oportunity to leave without a problem. Death or permanent injury could occur, so extreme precautions must be had!

The last strike is the groin kick. I consider the aforementioned self-defense techniques to be more efficient, though this technique is quite devastating. However, if the situation presents itself, a good groin kick is a solid strike you can rely on. You can do the groin kick as a rising front kick, or if you are in closer, a strong knee will do the trick just as well. After you guarantee and attack to your opponent, either continue with strking, or depart from the area right away.

Any of these strikes will give you a huge upperhand in a fight, but if your smart and practice all 3, you’ll be nearly unstoppable.
