As part of a total commitment to sports excellence the PIAMC has begun to deliver training in the cultivation of cognitive and emotional balance. The PIAMC will deliver a combination of modern psychology and neuroscience alongside ancient Asian contemplative practices. Delivered through residential retreats and weekend seminars PIAMC is open to all. It teaches the practice of “mindfulness of breathing”, which is a successful method for relaxing the body and calming the mind.
